The Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSCs) culture process is an advance and time consuming process that requires effort, experience, and meticulous planning by our lab team. From the raw source to completion, every step is documented. Our objective is to culture MSCs which are of the highest quality where the “stemness” is at its peak.
Each source of MSCs demonstrates different characteristics which need to be handle differently. The many years of accumulated research and experiences, enabled us to accurately identify these different characteristics and maximise its “stemness”.
Our MSCs must reach the criteria set by us before they are approved to be used.
The start of our process involves running a series of tests and procedures namely; cell count, the multiplication and differentiation ability tests, isolating inactive cells, morphology tests, etc. This is to ensure the MSCs are fit to proliferate.
Every batch undergoes our Continuous Sterility Review where sterility tests are done on intervals throughout the culture process. This allows us to ensure the process is consistently sterile.
Once completed, the protocol to harvest the MSCs from the incubator is vital to ensure the cells are highly viable for application. We optimize the preparation time and customize for different treatments at different location in various delivery method. Therefore we can deliver the MSCs at its best condition.
